Wayne Turnbull is an accomplished leader and international affairs professional with 38-years of exceptional success as a defense and security assistance expert, strategic analyst, and problem-solver. He is a retired U.S. Army Colonel and Asia-Pacific specialist with proven success designing and leading large, diverse programs with foreign partners.

Wayne possesses in-depth knowledge and experience in national security strategy and planning, international negotiations, security and development assistance, Asia security dynamics, and strategic communications.

As a U.S. Army Officer, Wayne has served in senior defense official and security cooperation positions within U.S. Embassies in Cambodia, East Timor, Indonesia, the Maldives, Sri Lanka, Thailand, and Vietnam.
Dr. Cowlin had the privilege of serving 26-years as a special operations bomb disposal technician and followed up as a Senior EOD Department of Defense Official. He has worked and studied in six countries at length, with a focus on innovation in crisis, emerging technologies, and intercultural communication. His predictive analysis has been prescient. Dr. Cowlin retains a proven ability to act upon opportunities and delivering exceptional results.

Dr. Cowlin holds eight graduate degrees across multiple disciplines and languages. As doctoral faculty at several internationally recognized universities, he mentors students developing breakthrough innovations. He has led teams resolving international crises in Japan, Korea, and the Philippines.

Paul Emmerson is a dynamic and results-driven COO who has held leadership positions at global marketing agency Publicis, hospitality groups – Next Story & Onyx, JF Hillebrand Logistics and the management consultancy, FFL. His commercial experience allows him to lead our organization’s operational strategies, enhance efficiencies and drive growth.

In 2013 he established The Good Agency Asia, a marketing agency focused supporting charities and CSR focused business, successfully selling the business in 2019.

Over a 20-year career, he has worked across cultures and managed businesses in London, Shanghai, Singapore and Bangkok.

Joseph “Joe” Scuderi

Mr. Scuderi is an Australian businessman and facilitator, with an extensive network of commercial and policy leaders throughout the Asia-Pacific. He has lived in China, where he still has offices and factories, and is now based in Thailand.

Mr. Scuderi currently sits on the Board of three international businesses; Group Chairman GETC Consolidated (China), Non-Executive Director AB Recruitment (Australia), Principal Director TSP Consulting (Thailand), which undertakes specialized and confidential commercial facilitation & advisory work throughout Asia Pacific.

Mr. Scuderi represented Australia as Chairman of Enterprise West; an industry association funded by the Victorian State Government. Enterprise West was dedicated to fostering business opportunities & relationships between Australian, Southeast Asian & Chinese SME’s. Mr. Scuderi is the Club Ambassador and Adviser to the Pacific City Club Bangkok.

Larry Redmon is a seasoned diplomat, soldier, and Southeast Asian regional affairs specialist with over 30 years of military and diplomatic service in the Asia-Pacific managing defense, interagency, intergovernmental, and international policy with various Asian partners and allies. Larry retired as a U.S. Army Special Forces Colonel after over 40 years of service. He is a seasoned expert at cultural affairs and building host nation relations; having served as advisor to numerous host nation senior military and defense leaders.


During his distinguished U.S. Army career, Larry served as a military attaché in India and Thailand; managing, guiding and implementing U.S. Government defense policy forward. Larry has been recognized by four nations of his extraordinary work in furthering strong bilateral relations.
